Lenahan & Dempsey was founded in 1948 with one overriding objective in mind: to create a law firm committed to excellence. The firm has grown to a staff of over 60 individuals who are committed to creating superior strategies and compelling arguments that result in favorable decisions for our clients. Our firm represents seriously injured individuals in all types of personal injury cases throughout Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania. In addition to the Scranton Office, our firm has established offices in Wilkes-Barre, Stroudsburg and Berwick, in order to better serve our clients. Six of our attorneys have been certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as Civil Trial Specialists. Our firm handles civil cases through all phases of litigation, including trial and appeal, in state and federal court, including the United States Supreme Court.
