Leonel Pereznieto Castro

Mr. Pereznieto is a Professor of International Private Law and Comparative Law at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. He is a member of the Mexican Chapter of the International Chamber of Commerce ("ICC") (Arbitration Commission), arbitrator and mediator of the International Arbitration Court of the ICC, member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) and of The London Court for International Arbitration. Mr. Pereznieto is a member of the Arbitration Commission of the National Chamber of Commerce in Mexico City (Comisión de Arbitraje de la Cámara Nacional de Comercio de la Ciudad de México), the Arbitration Commission of the Mexican Industrial Chambers Confederation (Comisión de Arbitraje de la Confederación de Cámaras Industriales de la República Mexicana), the Mexican Academy of International Private and Comparative Law (Academia Mexicana de Derecho Internacional Privado y Comparado), the International Academy of Comparative Law and the advisory body of the Centre for American and International Law, former Commissioner of the Mexican Trade Commission. He is also a Member of the Neutrals Roster of the International Centre for Disputes Resolutions of the American Arbitration Association.
