Lesa Storey represents real estate development interests, primarily in connection with the acquisition, entitlement, financing, development and disposition of mixed-use developments, master-planned communities and golf course developments, and in connection with the formation of community facilities districts and other infrastructure matters.

· Acquisition, planning, development, financing, operation and sale of real estate developments of all types, with an emphasis on master-planned communities and golf course developments
· Entitlements, including pre-annexation and development agreements
· Infrastructure planning and finance, including community facilities district financing and impact fee credit and reimbursement programs

· Represented developers of master-planned communities in connection with the acquisition, entitlement and development of land (ranging in size from 500 to 7,500 acres), and later development and sale to homebuilders, commercial developers and other end-users.
