Lesley Pak is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices in the firm's Corporate Transactions Group.
Ms. Pak graduated cum laude in 2011 from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was an Executive Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. She was also a member of the Housing and Community Development clinic, representing a homeowners association in restructuring loans and financing renovations. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Pak appraised commercial properties for tax assessment purposes. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002.
