| Biography | Lesli Love is an associate with Waller Lansden and practices in the area of healthcare law. Ms. Love provides counsel to hospital companies, hospice providers, ambulatory surgery centers, psychiatric facilities, dialysis facilities, and other healthcare providers on fraud and abuse matters, state and federal anti-kickback regulations, and self-referral prohibitions. Additionally, she has extensive experience in licensure and certification and Medicare enrollment and reimbursement matters. Ms. Love also provides regulatory counsel to clients in the acquisition and disposition of heathcare facilities and companies, as well as the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
