Leslie-Ann Seon

Ms. Leslie-Ann Seon is the holder of a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws, both with Honours from the University of the West Indies, as well as the Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School. She has been admitted to practice at the Bars of Grenada, Barbados, and the British Virgin Islands and has been practicing for 18 years.

Ms. Seon’s major areas of practice are in the fields of corporate and commercial law, insolvency, conveyancing and real estate, transactional and advisory work, mortgages and finance, employment law, and civil litigation. She has worked extensively with regional and international law firms as Grenada Counsel for major regional and international corporate commercial transactions, and multi-jurisdictional insolvency work.

Ms. Seon is a former Deputy Chairman of the Grenada Airports Authority, and served as the President of the Senate of Grenada. She is the former Chairman of Child Welfare Authority, and a former director on the Board of Directors of the Grenada Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Acted for and advised a foreign based company on acquisition of Grenadian based assets as part of an international transaction. Acted as Grenada Counsel for a regional trust company in an international bond financing transaction. Acted as Grenada Counsel in the preparation and review of a Debenture, a Share Pledge Agreement, Supplemental Indenture and other collateral documents for an international company in an international bond financing transaction.
