Leslie Gern Cloyd is a long time practioner in the bankruptcy courts of South Florida, and is proficient in handling all aspects of complex Chapter 11 cases. Although she is best known for her representation of Debtors in complex restructuring cases, she also has experience representing creditors committees, lenders, unsecured creditors, taxing authorities, asset purchasers in Section 363 sales, litigants and trustees. Leslie is also known for representing distressed businesses and individuals with significant debt in out of court workouts or assignments for benefit of creditors.

· Creditors Committee counsel in Chapter 11 case filed by ITG Vegas, Inc, a gambling ship operation
· Creditors Committee counsel to investors in Chapter 11 case filed by Lancer Partners, L.P.
· Bankruptcy counsel to Florida Power & Light in Chapter 11 case filed by Gator Generating Corp.Bankruptcy counsel to Indian River County Tax Collector; and prior counsel to tax collectors in FL counties of St. Lucie, St. John, Glades and Hendry in General Development Corp.
