Leyla Pasic is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Keller and Heckman. Ms. Pasic represents clients at every stage of litigation through trial and appeal. She focuses her trial practice on commercial litigation and product liability. This includes breach of contract, intellectual property litigation, and patent infringement. While at Hastings College of the Law, Ms. Pasic was awarded honorable mention for Best Oral Advocate in her Moot Court class and was also an editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. Ms. Pasic worked for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, in the Habeas Corpus division. After law school and prior to joining Keller and Heckman LLP, Ms. Pasic worked for the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. As part of the prosecution team, Ms. Pasic worked on a massive war crimes case with significant impact on the Bosnian and international criminal law jurisprudence. Ms. Pasic is proficient and fluent in Bosnian (BCS).
