| Biography | Lilia Factor was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2004. Prior to that, she practiced law in Israel, focusing on real estate and civil litigation. Currently, Ms. Factor concentrates on environmental law issues, including transactions and litigation involving contaminated properties, administrative violations, and land use.
