| Biography | Lily M. Schaefer was born in Valparaiso, Indiana in August 1953. She earned her B.A. from Valparaiso University with honors in History, cum laude, in 1976. She graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1979 and she was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1979. She is a member of the Porter County Alcoholic Beverage Commission, Lake County (Member, Board of Managers), Porter County and Indiana State Bar Associations.
Ms. Schaefer is a trial and appellate attorney. She has served as the zoning attorney for the City of Valparaiso, Indiana since 1984.
Ms. Schaefer's practice focuses on litigation, family law, municipal zoning, commercial and collections laws.
