Lina Estrada McKinney is an associate in the firm's Health Law Practice Group, where she represents a broad range of clients on general contracting matters, business counseling, and governance matters including hospitals, individual physicians and dental practices. She also works in the area of bioscience with clients such as tissue banks, organ procurement organizations, and clinical laboratories. Lina also leverages her many years of experience in mergers and acquisitions involving clients in many diverse industries, as well as her experience in commercial finance representing lenders and borrowers.
