Linda Ash is a Partner in the Litigation Department and Immigration Practice Group. Linda's immigration practice includes representation of international, national and regional clients in matters involving immigrant and non-immigrant visas for foreign employees. She has federal court experience representing corporate clients in immigration/employment matters. Linda has successfully assisted a hospitality industry corporation in obtaining State Department approval for an exchange visitor program. Her litigation experience has been in the defense of product liability cases, mold infestations of commercial properties and collection matters.
