| Biography | Linda Beidler-D'Aguilar joined the firm as a partner in January 2005. She works principally in the area of investment funds and securities law, and has extensive experience in the corporate and commercial area. After leaving private practice in the United States to move to the Bahamas in 1991, Linda worked at two major trust companies in the Bahamas, then as in-house counsel for Bacardi & Company Limited from 1995 to 2003, following which she returned to private practice. Linda is a Registered Associate under the Legal Profession Act of The Bahamas. Registered Associate, Bahamas. Fellow: Illinois State and International Bar Associations. |
