Linda McDowell is the chair of the firm's Individual Clients Section and practices in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. She assists individual clients in creating and implementing estate plans and gift-giving arrangements that meet their personal wishes and concerns while taking into consideration various state and federal gift, death, and income tax consequences. In estate administration, Ms. McDowell assists clients in the orderly settlement of decedent estates. During the process, she works with family members, as well as the local probate courts, and state and federal tax authorities.
