Linda K. Todd, an attorney in the Indianapolis, Indiana office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP, serves as professional responsibility counsel to the firm. She is a member of the firm's Litigation Department and the Professional Responsibility Committee. Ms. Todd concentrates her practice in the area of legal ethics and professional responsibility.
Ms. Todd graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1981 and was awarded her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington in 1984. Ms. Todd is a member of the American Bar Association Center for Professional Responsibility, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association. Ms. Todd is admitted to practice in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and before Indiana state courts.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Ms. Todd practiced in the insurance defense field and served as in-house counsel for two insurance companies. She is a chartered property and casualty underwriter. She is also a former chief counsel of the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission and was previously a deputy prosecutor in Marion County.
