Linda practices in the areas of insurance and reinsurance with a focus on property and casualty insurance and transactional and regulatory reinsurance matters. She has worked on various insurance holding company restructurings involving the use of assumption reinsurance. Linda has also played a major role in developing numerous captive insurance and reinsurance programs.
