Lindsay Hollinger joined the firm in 2006 and is an associate in our Tax group in Montréal. Her practice encompasses all aspects of corporate income tax.
Ms. Hollinger completed in 2010 her Master of Laws, Taxation option (LLM Taxation), at the Law Faculty of the Université de Montréal in affiliation with the École des hautes études commerciales de Montréal where she was awarded La bourse d'excellence Ernst & Young. She holds a BCL/LLB (with distinction) from McGill University's Faculty of Law, and an Honours BA in Philosophy from Queen's University.
Ms. Hollinger has published articles in Tax Updates, MT on Tax Disputes and CCH Case Comments on Tax topics.
Ms. Hollinger was called to the Québec bar in 2009. She is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Association de planification fiscale et finance`re, the Young Canadians in Finance, the International Fiscal Association, the IFA Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.
