Lindsey E. Freeman is an associate in Wicker Smith's Orlando office, handling matters in premises liability, medical malpractice, general liability defense and insurance coverage disputes.
Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Freeman primarily handled medical malpractice matters as well as insurance and securities industry cases, where she defended Broker/Dealers and Registered Representatives within the FINRA Arbitration Tribunals for claims involving alleged misrepresentation, suitability, negligent supervision and other related issues.
Born and raised in DeLand, Florida, Ms. Freeman received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Cum Laude from the University of Florida. Ms. Freeman continued her education at the St. Thomas University School of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, she served as Vice President of the Moot Court Board, was a member of the Mock Trial Team and the Peter T. Fay Inn of Court and also worked as both a Certified Legal Intern for the Department of Children and Families and a law clerk for a civil litigation firm.
