Linsey W. West is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Lin's practice has been primarily in product liability, railroad defense, medical/hospital defense and commercial litigation. He has over twenty-five years of trial experience in federal and state courts. Since December, 2007, he has tried five jury trials to defense verdicts. Lin's product liability experience spans the manufacturing, transportation and natural resources industries at both trial and appellate levels. He is one of five Kentucky lawyers listed in the 2011 Edition of Best Lawyers in America for Railroad Law. He has managed complex cases and he has substantial experience in multi-district litigation. Lin has been lead counsel for matters venued in Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Tennessee, Mississippi and Michigan.
