Biography

Ms. Gorab, a shareholder with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A., joined the firm in March 1992, after spending three years as an attorney in the public finance department of the Newark, NJ law firm of Kraft & McManimon. While at her previous firm, Ms. Gorab's work focused on federal and state tax issues and state law issues as they apply to public finance transactions undertaken by municipal, county and state governmental entities. While attending law school in the evenings, Ms. Gorab was an Assistant Vice President at United Jersey Bank in the commercial lending area. Ms. Gorab resides in Westfield, NJ.
