Ms. Heeb concentrates in corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, financing of private equity investment transactions, debt financings, recapitalizations, restructurings and general corporate matters.
Ms. Heeb has represented a variety of privately held and publicly traded companies including one of the preeminent residential swimming pool equipment manufacturers in numerous acquisitions and the divestiture of its international industrial filtration division, a technology company engaged in providing retail self-scanning systems in the acquisition of its stock by one of the world's largest information technology companies, a privately held company in the acquisition of various businesses relating to measuring, managing and reducing risk and a publicly traded software and hardware developer in going private.
Ms. Heeb also represents clients in general corporate matters including corporate governance, consulting agreements, non-compete agreements, operating agreements, supply agreements and other commercial agreements.
