 | Lisa G. BradleyOf Counsel Ms. Bradley has nearly 20 years of experience in the energy field. Her practice focuses on the areas of prudency investigations, litigation, rate vases and restructuring/competitive market initiatives, as well as ISO and FERC work. Ms. Bradley’s experience includes active involvement and participation in major proceedings before the New York Public Service Commission, including those pertaining to competitive markets. She has detailed knowledge of decades of Public Service Commission decisions regarding the application of the New York Public Service Law, Commission Rules and Regulations, and prior Commission orders. She also has extensive knowledge of the practices and policies of regulated and unregulated energy providers. Ms. Bradley's practical experience extends to active litigation before the Public Service Commission (e.g., preparation of and responses to Information Requests; petitions and other pleadings; briefs; written testimony; cross-examination; motions); the complex regulatory issues associated with governmental entities (e.g., franchises, highway/road equipment relocations and extensions, street lighting); consumer complaint appeals; credit and collection legal support; and reviews and audits of compliance with state regulatory requirements, whether in connection with Public Service Commission audits or internal company restructuring activities.
