Lisa Panggadjaja

Ms. Lisa Panggadjaja joined ABNR as an associate in November 2000. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University in 1992, majoring in Civil Law. In 1995, she earned an MBA degree from the Baldwin-Wallace College in Ohio, USA, majoring in International Business. Before joining ABNR , she worked for various securities companies in Jakarta in corporate finance, underwriting and marketing departments. She has been part of the ABNR teams of lawyers assisting clients in financing, corporate, capital market and banking. She was also involved in several work-outs undertaken by ABNR for the Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency (‘IBRA’), including the Corporate Core Assets Sale (IV), Strategic Assets Sale Program, Investment Assets Sale Program and Shareholders Loan Settlement projects.
