Lisa Stiver's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on commercial transactions, and on real property conveyancing, leasing and financing. As well, Lisa has significant experience in providing advice on intellectual property and technology law, government tendering and procurement, and healthcare administration matters.
