Lola Ratna Yumila Joenoes

Ms. Lola R.Y. Joenoes joined ABNR as an associate in February 1997 soon after she earned her LL.M degree from the American University, Washington D.C., USA, majoring in International Business Law. She is a law graduate of University of Indonesia, majoring in Civil Law, as well as a graduate of the Notary Program of the same university. From 1991 to 1995, she worked for Citibank, N.A. (Jakarta) as an in-house lawyer for its corporate banking group. Within ABNR, she has been involved in banking, project finance, and general corporate matters. She has been involved in a substantial number of debt restructuring projects as part of the ABNR team working on behalf of consortium of lenders, and assisted in the several work-outs undertaken by ABNR for the Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency (‘IBRA’).
