    Lori demonstrates superior litigation skills. She performs excellent research and is always well prepared to argue as she keeps abreast of the most recent developments in the law that pertains to her case. Her writing is cogent and elegant and her legal insights shine through in the trenchant conclusions of her work products. Case was resolved on summary judgment, which was affirmed on appeal. <p>&#183; Represented record labels and film distributor in various copyright, licensing, and litigation matters. <p>&#183; Defended health insurance provider against claim arising from denial of coverage for insured's misrepresentation in the application process.
