Lori has extensive experience in a variety of real estate-related transactions, including sales and acquisitions of real property, leasing, entitlement and land use matters, design and construction contracts, construction, bridge and permanent bank loans, mezzanine financing transactions, loan restructurings and workouts and real estate joint ventures.
Currently, Lori focuses on senior housing. She represents owners, developers and operators through various stages of the development process, including site acquisition, debt financing and capital raises, construction, sales and leasing and management of all types of senior housing communities.
Lori also has extensive experience in resort real estate development.
Due to her broad real estate experience, Lori is able to advise her clients at all stages of a transaction. This continuity of representation and in-depth understanding of a project's goals and challenges allows Lori to recognize and resolve potential problems early in the development process. It also allows her to advise and counsel her clients in ways that foster long-term relationships.

· Represented owner in the negotiation and settlement of construction defect and delivery claims for a $36 million continuing care retirement community located in northern Colorado
· Represented developer/operator in the acquisition, entitlement and financing of a continuing care retirement community in Colorado
· Represented owner in a $21 million debt and equity restructuring of an assisted living community in the Denver metro area
· Represented resort company entities in portfolio debt and equity financings for ski and golf resort development projects located in Colorado, California, Nevada, West Virginia, Florida and Vermont
· Represented resort company in the development of River Run Village and Ski Tip neighborhoods in Keystone, Colo.
· Advised owner on annexation, zoning and other entitlements for a 230-acre biomedical research, testing and manufacturing facility located in the Denver metro area
· Represented developer of a $643 million phased construction loan for a mixed-use resort development project located in Maui, Hawaii
· Counsel for owner/developer of a 3,000-acre mixed-used community located in southern Colorado
· Represented developer in a development joint venture with the State of Colorado Board of Land Commissioners for entitlement of a 640-acre site in southern Colorado
