Louis-Nicolas Boulanger is a partner in our Business Law Group in Montreal with a practice focused primarily on the energy and infrastructure industries.
Mr. Boulanger has acted for numerous Canadian and international purchasers, vendors, investors, developers and lenders in connection with mergers and acquisitions, project financings, corporate financings and contract negotiations for energy and infrastructure projects. Mr. Boulanger has significant experience with wind projects, hydroelectric projects, solar projects, biogas projects and cogeneration projects in Québec, Canada and elsewhere in the world.
He also worked within our Business Law Group in Québec City and Toronto.
Mr. Boulanger received his law degree from the Université Laval in 2004 and he was called to the Québec bar in 2006.
