| Biography | Louis de Gaulle has been advising and litigating for French and international companies for more than 20 years. He is particularly involved in complex matters relating to commercial law, health and life sciences, administrative law, intellectual property and information technology issues.
Louis de Gaulle routinely collaborates with MEDEF on topics such as intangible assets and he has been called upon before the World Health Organization for expert advice on issues relating to the counterfeiting of medical products.
Additionally, Louis de Gaulle lectures in IP/IT law at Paris-XI University.
Author of various insightful articles and publications in the field of intellectual property, information technology and competition law, Louis de Gaulle is the co-author of "Copyright and Related Author Rights - Legal, Fiscal and Social" (published by F. Lefebvre, 1996). Louis de Gaulle was nominated by his peers "Lawyer of the Year 2011 in Media" by the Best Lawyers Awards (in partnership with Les Echos).
He is a certified Bar specialist in Intellectual Property and Commercial Law.
