Strongly committed to her profession, Louise Cérat has served on many Canadian Bar Association committees, notably the Executive Committee of the Insurance Law and Civil Litigation Section, which she chaired from 1988 to 1990.
She has also co-chaired the Judicial Services Liaison Committee of the Montreal Bar.
Ms. Cérat has taught at the Québec Bar's bar school and given lectures on insurance law issues for various organizations. She is named among the leading recommended lawyers in The Canadian Legal LEXPERT ® Directory 2011 in the fields of Litigation - Commercial Insurance.
