Louise's practice focuses on directors and officers liability insurance and other forms of professional liability coverage. She has extensive complex commercial litigation experience at both the trial and appellate court levels. Her representations have included banks, insurance companies, retailers, accounting firms, energy companies, manufacturers, foreign governments, oil companies, real estate brokers and developers, in a wide variety of complex litigation cases over the past decade and beyond.
Louise also has served as regional and national coordinating counsel for insurance companies. Her insurance coverage practice includes CGL, professional liability, and directors and officers coverage disputes, among others. Louise has represented insurers in complex insurance coverage matters, commercial litigation disputes, environmental coverage cases, extra contractual bad faith claims, complex multiparty tort and products liability matters, and breach of contract claims.
