Lowell Thomas brings twenty years of corporate and securities law experience to Snell & Wilmer. He serves as lead counsel for equity and debt financings, mergers, acquisitions and other restructuring transactions across a broad range of industries for public and private corporations. Lowell's practice is focused in the mid-market and he has an outstanding reputation for devotion to his clients and getting transactions past the finish line. He also advises emerging growth companies in the formation and growth stages and advises corporate boards on governance matters. Having practiced law in Canada for the first half of his career, Lowell has extensive connections in business, the capital markets and government on both sides of the border.
