Lucie Pariseau practises commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on banking, construction, media law, bankruptcy and insolvency, class actions, civil liability and insurance.
Ms. Pariseau also deals with municipal law, environmental law and the protection of agricultural land and agricultural activities. She has pleaded principally in the Quebec Superior Court and the Quebec Court of Appeal and before certain administrative tribunals. She has obtained a number of precedent-setting decisions, relating principally to civil liability and invalidity of municipal by-laws.
