Luky Immanuel Walalangi

Mr. Luky I. Walalangi joined ABNR in March 2001 and became a Partner on 1 January 2009. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University majoring in Business Law. In 2000, he earned his LL.M degree in the Netherlands, majoring in International Business Law. Prior to joining ABNR, he worked as a foreign trainee with a banking institution in Amsterdam and for another major law firm in Jakarta. He has been involved in major financing in Indonesia, anti monopoly issues, corporate, IPO, land and investment projects, oil and gas projects, M&A and a number of major electricity projects in Indonesia, including Paiton Project, Tanjung Jati and Jawa Power and has extensive regulatory knowledge in these areas. He was also involved in a substantial number of debt restructuring projects as part of the ABNR team working on behalf of consortium of lenders, including several work-outs undertaken by ABNR for the Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency ('IBRA').
