| Biography | Professional Experience Ms. Mendoza's practice focuses on general litigation. Prior to joining Manatt, Ms. Mendoza served as the Deputy Director of the California State Assembly's Office of International Relations where she met with visiting international legislators and policymakers, prepared background briefs for California legislators on international topics, and advised them on foreign policy issues of importance to California.
