Lyle Bouvier is a Partner in the Saskatoon office of Miller Thomson. Lyle is a tax litigator and has previously spent 14 years in the tax litigation section of the Department of Justice.
Lyle has argued cases in all levels of court and has extensive experience in the Tax Court of Canada, Federal Court Trial Division and Federal Court of Appeal. He has negotiated hundreds of settlements on behalf of the Canada Revenue Agency.
As counsel to the Minister of National Revenue, he was involved in numerous committees with Tax Policies and Procedures with respect to both Income Tax and G.S.T.
