| Biography | Lyle Guard's energy-related practice focuses on finance, project development and emissions trading. Acting for Canadian and foreign clients, his experience includes share and asset purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, banking and finance and the purchase and sale of carbon emission reduction credits. Prior to joining the Calgary office of Bennett Jones, Lyle articled and practiced in the firm's Toronto office before joining the Dubai office of a prominent international law firm.
