Lynn Parseghian is a counsel in Crowell & Moring's Washington, D.C. office. Lynn's practice focuses on serving as national counsel in defense of class actions, mass torts and other forms of aggregated litigation in federal and state courts across the country. Lynn's representative clients have included manufacturers and service providers in the motor vehicle, communications, technology, consumer product, and insurance industries. Her practice covers the law of product liability, negligence, consumer fraud, warranties, environmental regulation, financial regulation, antitrust, and employee benefits.
Ms. Parseghian has extensive appellate experience in both federal and state courts. For example, she secured a victory on behalf Ford Motor Company in a class action lawsuit in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Werwinski v. Ford Motor Company. She recently authored briefs in the Delaware and Texas Supreme Courts on tort law issues.
Lynn is active in the D.C. public interest community and serves on the Boards of Directors of Cultural Tourism DC and the Young Women's Project. From 2002 to 2008, Lynn served as outside general counsel to the Corcoran Gallery of Art.
