Lynne Kaelin practices in real estate development, acquisition and sales for commercial, industrial, retail and large residential projects; commercial leasing in large-scale office, industrial (including biotech and build-to-suit) and retail projects. The majority of her practice involves representing (a) developers of large-scale master planned communities in connection with the acquisition and development of master planned communities, as well as the implementation of merchant builder sales programs, (b) national design-build developers in the acquisition, leasing and subsequent sale of large-scale office, industrial and retail projects, (c) institutional investors in acquisitions of investment-grade projects involving multiple properties and buildings, (d) representation of hitech and biotech tenants in connection with the leasing of facilities, and (d) shopping center owners in both leasing and sales transactions.
