Lyntons is a law firm of the British Virgin Islands. The firm was founded by Anthony Lynton who has been practising all aspects of corporate and commercial law in the British Virgin Islands since 1993.

The British Virgin Islands is one of the world's preferred corporate domiciles. As part of providing a comprehensive commercial law service, the firm can arrange for the incorporation of BVI Business Companies, which are exempt from tax under BVI law.
This versatile company can be used by either the private client who wishes to arrange his business affairs using an offshore vehicle or as part of a structure to facilitate cross border international financial transactions.
