In connection with the Firm's litigation practice, partners in the Firm have represented clients in matters before State and Federal Courts throughout California. As part of its work for public agencies, the Firm has developed substantial expertise in connection with the formation and management of law enforcement and public safety agencies.
The Firm represents a major U.S. Government-approved Regional Center in California; Regional Center is an entity authorized by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services Agency to accept foreign investment through the US Government EB-5 program, and to place that investment in U.S. business and real estate ventures. In connection with this representation, the Firm advises the Regional Center and related clients with regard to the acquisition of shopping centers, medical centers and hospitals, senior living and health facilities, has structured and documented the real estate purchase and sale transactions used for investment purposes.
