Ms. Bradley has more than twenty-five years of experience in all aspects of environmentallaw representing a broad array of regulated businesses, including manufacturers, mineral developers and energy producers. Specific areas of her practice include regulatory programs for air, water, hazardous and solid waste, brownfields and corrective action programs, and right to know issues.

· Negotiation and appeal of NPDES and RCRA permits in various states and EPA regions
· Air emissions permitting, including applicability determinations, compliance schedules and consent order negotiations
· Defense of enforcement actions and penalty assessments under state and federal environmental programs
· Drafting legislation and lobbying on environmental issues
· Creating and implementing corporate environmental management systems and audit programs
· Due diligence investigations related to real estate transactions and financing
· Development of licensing plans for major facilities
· Participation in environmental stakeholders groups
