Art Gambill is a partner of the firm and practices on the Leveraged Finance Team. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate lending, asset based lending and asset securitizations. He has extensive experience in accounts receivable and inventory finance; syndications and participations of senior credit facilities; second lien and mezzanine financing; acquisition financing; debt restructurings; foreclosures in commercial transactions; debtor-in-possession financings and post-confirmation financings; equity enhancements of debt financings; multistate and cross-border secured financings; and negotiation of complex intercreditor, collateral trust and debt subordination relationships. He has specific industry experience in healthcare finance, biotechnology finance and media and communications finance.
