M. David Lindsey

David Lindsey has been in practice since 1988 and defended the rights of clients in the counties of Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, Jefferson, Boulder, and many other Colorado Counties. In Wyoming, I handle cases in Laramie County and the surrounding area and all Federal Courts. Whether in Denver, Boulder, Cheyenne, or anywhere else in Colorado or Wyoming, I have defended clients charged with a wide variety of state and federal criminal offenses. During my nearly 20 years of practice, I have represented numerous people in death penalty cases at both the trial and appellate level. I am admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, and Texas, the Colorado Supreme Court, the Wyoming Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court of Arizona.
