| Biography | Mr. Lovingood is a member of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association, ABA Asset Protection Committee, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past President of the Cherokee Area Estate Planning Council (1995-1997) and the Northwest Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned his Certified Public Accountant license in 1991. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Administration in Accounting from Emory University, Atlanta and his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University, Atlanta. In law school, he earned three American Jurisprudence awards for the highest grades in Securities Law, Business Associations II, and Future Interests.
