Susan Sacco advises employers in several areas including: sexual harassment; sex, race, national origin, and age discrimination; the Americans with Disabilities Act; Equal Pay Act; Family and Medical Leave Act; Fair Labor Standards Act, and Florida Whistleblower's Act, as well as trade secret, non-compete, and tortious interference with business relationship litigation. She has also presented numerous seminars on employment law issues.
Susan practiced commercial litigation in state and federal courts for more than ten years before concentrating in employment law. She is a Certified Mediator for all Florida courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She also serves as a federal court arbitrator.
She is a member of The Florida Bar's Labor and Employment Section and the Orange County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law committee.

· Represented insurance agency seeking injunction against former employee who violated non-compete agreement in Marion County Circuit Court.
· Represented medical product company seeking injunction against two former employees who violated non-compete agreements in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida - Tampa Division.
