MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law is a civil litigation boutique firm. Our four lawyers and eight staff dedicate all of their time to cases like yours. We represent people who have suffered serious injury in a car accident, injuries or loss at the fault of another, or those being denied benefits from an insurance company including long term disability payments.

The objective of MacGillivray Injury & Insurance law is to empower individuals who have been victimized by powerful corporate or government interests. Also, to work towards influencing the development of case and statutory law that favors people and the environment over shareholder profit. All of our work is done through contingency fees, this means that there is no charge until you obtain compensation. We are paid from the proceeds of the settlement or award at trial, usually by the insurance company or party at fault. We use the civil litigation system and courts to ensure that you are treated fairly, and obtain reasonable compensation.
