Madoff & Khoury LLP was formed in 2004 by David Madoff and Michael Khoury, both graduates of Boston University School of Law, and former partners at the Boston firm of Cohn Khoury Madoff & Whitesell LLP. Michael Khoury, who is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, has over 15 years of experience in the areas of loans and workouts and the acquisition and sale of companies and residential real estate, both in the usual course and in the context of a bankruptcy or other structural proceedings. David Madoff, who is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York, also has over 15 years of experience as an attorney, having focused his practice on business litigation and debt restructuring, in and out of bankruptcy. David Madoff also serves as a Chapter 7 trustee for the District of Massachusetts. David and Michael have relocated their practice to Foxborough in order to broaden the scope of their representation at more reasonable costs to their clients.
