Mai Der Yang is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Ms. Yang represents businesses in a variety of litigation cases, including product liability actions, shareholder class actions and commercial foreclosure actions.
Ms. Yang received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2009 where she was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. During law school, she received the Wisconsin Asian Bar Association Community Service Award and participated in the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association's Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Lynn S. Adelman of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin. Ms. Yang earned her bachelor's degree in political science and legal studies with a certificate in Asian America studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was a Powers-Knapp scholar.
