Mairi focuses her practice in the area of business litigation, and product liability and toxic tort. She also has experience in matters involving insurance defense, breach of contract and securities litigation. Mairi has experience working on matters in both state and federal court and is involved in all aspects of litigation. She has experience handling all levels of discovery as well as motion practice. Mairi's practice focuses on various toxic tort and product liability matters including asbestos and benzene defense. She also has experience in a variety of product liability defense matters involving various chemicals, automotive parts, electrical equipment and industrial machinery.
